Navajo Appaloosa Horse Pendant

Navajo jeweler, Lucille Platero, made this beautiful sterling silver Appaloosa Horse pendant and did a lovely job hand-stamping designs on the body. It has dots on the rump like most Appaloosas and engraved the mane and tail. Each one has different stamped designs and we will pick the best for you. More about horses below.

Many Native American people believe that horses were in North America before the colonizers arrived and have special relationships with horses. This was evident during the camps at Standing Rock to protect and defend the river.  They represent freedom and safety in travel.  And for those of us lucky enough to have had a powerful relationship with horses, they make wonderful friends.
